I’m a real estate advisor, surfer, and longtime Florida local. After two decades in academia and global fieldwork, I moved into real estate to offer a calm, research-driven approach to buying and selling homes across Central Florida.

For more than twenty years, I’ve lived within the rhythm of this region—from Orlando’s cultural neighborhoods to the surf breaks of New Smyrna. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I bring a global perspective shaped by travel, storytelling, and surf culture.
